How do I cancel Premium?​

To cancel your Premium subscription, follow these steps:

  • Go to your Subscription Settings:
    Navigate to the subscription section in your account.

  • Click on "Cancel Subscription":
    Select the option to cancel or downgrade your Premium plan.

  • Follow the On-Screen Instructions:
    Complete the cancellation process by following the prompts.

Is offline editing possible?​

Yes – You can edit your GLB files offline using your favorite 3D software, such as 3ds Max or Blender. Simply make the desired modifications in your preferred application, then re-export your updated GLB file and re-upload it to 3DBAE.

What’s the inactive account policy?​

All inactive accounts will be deleted after 2 years of no activity. To ensure your account remains active, simply log in periodically. If you have any concerns about account inactivity, please contact our support team for assistance.

How do I upgrade to a premium plan?​

You can upgrade from your account dashboard. Our premium plan is available at just $5/month and unlocks features such as increased storage and the removal of watermarks.
