Creating Your First Project on 3DBAE

Welcome to the guide on creating your first project on 3DBAE! Follow these step-by-step instructions to set up and customize your first 3D product configurator.

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard​

  • Log In: Sign in to your 3DBAE account.
  • Dashboard Overview: On your dashboard, you'll see key elements such as:
    • Projects: A list of your existing projects.
    • Feedback: User feedback for your projects.
    • Storage Information: Details like "0.00 MB of 0.5 GB" used.
    • User Info: Your account details (e.g., email and account type).

Step 2: Start a New Project​

  • Click the New Project button to begin creating your project.
  • This action will open the project creation interface where you can start configuring your project settings.

Step 3: Configure the 3D Viewer Controls​

Customize the 3D viewer settings to ensure your project looks and works as desired:

  • Scene, Models, and Environment (Env):

    • Set up how your 3D content is displayed.

  • Viewer Dimensions:

    • Specify the viewer width (e.g., 1200 px) and height (e.g., 800 px).

  • Toggles:

    • Enable or disable features such as:
      • Auto-Rotate
      • Hide UI
      • Hide Fullscreen
      • Hide Heading
      • Wireframe view
      • Overlay Animate
      • Hide HDRI Background
      • Hide BG Image
      • Hide Sections

Step 4: Customize Content and Section Headings​

  • Edit Section Headings:

    Click on the Edit section heading title to update the headings as needed.
