Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password, follow these simple steps to reset it:

Step 1: Access the Login Page​

  • Navigate to the Sign In page
  • If you're not logged in and have forgotten your password, click the "Lost Your Password?" button.
  • A popup will appear prompting you to enter your registered email address.
  • Enter your email address and click on "Send Reset Link".

Step 3: Check Your Email​

  • Open your Gmail account.
  • Look for an email from us with the subject "Reset Your Password" (check your spam folder if you don’t see it).
  • Click on the reset link provided in the email.

Step 4: Set Your New Password​

  • A new page will open where you can enter your new password.
  • Fill in the New Password field and confirm it by entering it again in the Confirm Password field.
  • Submit the form to update your password.

Step 5: Log In with Your New Password​

  • Return to the login page.
  • Enter your email and the new password you just set.
  • Click Sign In to access your account.
