Why Won't My GLB File Upload?​

Common reasons why your GLB file may not upload:

  • The file exceeds your plan's storage limit
  • It contains unsupported textures or materials
  • The file is corrupted – try re-exporting from your 3D software

Watermark Still Appears After Upgrading​

If the watermark remains after upgrading:

  • Refresh your browser cache using Ctrl + F5
  • Republish the project
